COVID-19 Update
DJT Surfacing continues to manage the risks and hazards due to COVID-19 through the assessment of risks to our employees, supply chain partners, Customer and third party stakeholders.
Our operational procedures to develop and maintain safe working environments in our facilities, transport logistics and construction sites is wholly aligned with the Site Operating Procedures, issued by the Construction Leadership Council. These procedures safeguard the risk of transmission of COVID-19 through effective social distancing and hygiene measures and enhanced monitoring of the health and wellbeing of our workforce.
During the COVID-19 emergency, DJT Surfacing will ensure its operations are safely planned and delivered by competent personnel using the Risk Assessments that can be downloaded below
Health, Safety & Wellbeing
DJT Surfacing provides a safe working environment that protects its workforce, our Customers’ stakeholders and the communities we work within. We assess and manage the risks from our works through detailed planning of activities and coordination of interfaces with all stakeholders. Our safety management system protects our employee’s occupational health; whilst our HR policies supports them in their mental health.


Environment & Sustainability
DJT Surfacing is committed to protecting the environment and promoting sustainability in the works we deliver. Our environmental management system identifies and manages the key risks through the right control measures and monitoring systems. The sustainability of our activities is achieved through the selection of energy efficient methods, materials and plant/vehicles that are aligned to the objectives of our Customers.
Quality
We are committed to providing our services and works to a high standard of quality that achieves compliance with technical standards and design requirements specified by our Customers. We achieve this by implementing right first time working methods that prevent defects from occurring in the first place. Our employees implement our Quality Management System to control workmanship and verify the suitability of construction materials for use in the works.
